Zero Halogen Heatshrink Sleeving

Zero halogen heat shrink sleeving is a thin wall, non-halogen, flame retardant, heatshrinkable tubing. It has been developed for railway, transportation, marine, offshore and construction markets. Common applications include insulation, marking, strain relief, mechanical protection and colour coding.

Specifications:
Standard colours:	Black, white, red, blue and yellow.
Installation temperature:	120ºC
Longitudinal change:	+5% - 10%
Dielectric strength:	15 kV/mm minimum
Thermal:	Heat ageing –168 hours at 135ºC
	4 hours at 175ºC
	Low temperature flexibility – 4 hours at -30ºC
Flammability:	Fire hazard – duration of burning 30s max. to ASTM D876
	Smoke index – 20 Max. BS3G 198-3 Annex B
	Oxygen index at room temperature – 32 min, ISO 4569
Chemical resistance:	Fluid resistance at 23ºC for 24 hours for the following fluids:
	Aircraft fuel, ISO1817 – test liquid B
	Hydraulic fluid ISO1817 – test liquid B
	Silicone based synthetic fluid – NATO S1714
